Returns Policy

As each item is bespoke and handmade on a made-to-order basis, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item is damaged. 

If an item is damaged and we cannot exchange or repair damage, we will issue a refund only through the original mode of payment. 

As each item is handmade by individual artisans, variations in colour, pattern, texture and finishing are not considered damaged or defective. 

Kindly email us at madeleine@lykosliving.com with photos of the product and "Damaged Return Request" in the subject field. We aim to respond within 24 hours after receiving your request. 

*Please do not return any products to our registered address in Fujairah as they will be not be considered returned. 

Cancellation Policy

If an order has been cancelled before production begins, there will be no fee to be paid by the customer. A refund will be processed through the original mode of payment.
